I don't have much for you all today. Just an observation that there are times in life when you just get busy. Profound, I know. But the fact is that a lot of the business I have in my life is self-imposed. I certainly don't have to persist in my writing habit. Blogging is a voluntary thing. I spend a lot more time doing church activities than I really have to. I'm trying to practice the piano again--that takes time. But at the same time, if I didn't have these goals--writing, piano, guitar, Slovak or whatever--what would I end up doing with my life? Probably something not nearly as worthwhile. It's by having those goals that I ensure I don't end up 50 years from now looking back at my life and wondering why I never got much of anything accomplished.
And that's all the time I have for Profound today.
